Thanks for your reply. I just want to clarify some things and also advise the dates of our Sunday @ St Andrew's concerts for the rest of the year. I also have a question re a date in 2025 (next year).
 
When you say "We will attend our combine service on the first Sunday and will have no Tongan service" - are you meaning the first Sunday of each month, your congregation will be combining with the St Andrew's congregation? That's how I understood it would happen, with the exception of some dates when your congregation may be joining in with other Tongal congregations elsewhere, as you earlier advised.
 
Question re 5 May
One of the dates I have a question over is Sunday 5 May. I note in the calendar that this is White Sunday, and that your service was to be 12pm to 2pm that day. But I see we have double-booked, as we have the Sunday @ St Andrew's concert on that day. The concert starts at 2pm, but the band will want to set up before then. Can you please confirm that this is the day/time you wanted for White Sunday and I will then contact the coordinator of our concert to see if we can adjust the time slightly for the concert on that day only to accommodate this. 
 
Dates for Sunday @ St Andrew's concerts for 2024
The dates of the other Sunday @ St Andrew's concerts for 2024 are as follows. The actual concerts start at 2pm, but we have booked the venue from 12pm to 4pm to allow time for set up and then clean up afterwards.

• 7 April 12pm-4pm
• 5 May (time to be confirmed, as mentioned above)
• 2 June 12pm-4pm
• 7 July 12pm-4pm
• 4 August 12pm-4pm
• 1 September 12pm-4pm
• 6 October 12pm-4pm
• 3 November 12pm-4pm

Question re Sunday 30 March 2025
We wondered if we could use the church on Sunday 30 March 2025 (12pm to 4pm) for a Sunday @ St Andrew's concert instead of 6 April. There is a pianist who comes over from Australia and the last time he was scheduled we went into the COVID 19 lockdowns. He will be here for a couple of weeks next year and was keen to try again. We have five Sundays in March next year so it will still be four weeks between concerts.

Very sorry have not answered your email, I have been in meeting for the last few days, and just at a break before we carry on until tomorrow.
 
Not to worry about our choir as we had practise and wanted to use the hall rather than the church and to perform our skit as well.
We are only using last Sunday to practise for our visit to our  Manurewa church this coming Sunday.

I apologise, I did not realise your congregation had planned a choir practice after the service, hence I set up for that afternoon's concert in the auditorium. So, I am sorry if your choir had intended practising in the auditorium. Richard has since told me he thinks you have a choir practice after every service. Is that right? 
 
Just so you know, on the Sundays we have the Sunday @ St Andrew's Concerts (which is normally the first Sunday in the month, but can vary), the performers sometimes start arriving at about 12pm to set up in the auditorium, especially if there is a large group or they have lots of instruments or sound gear. The choir we had last Sunday asked us to set up the chairs for them on the stage. 
 
When I have the confirmed dates for the rest of the concerts for the year, I will let you know. I will also change the booking times to reflect the 12pm-4pm window for the concerts.
