I have a question about the date for one of the upcoming Sunday @ St Andrew's concerts, and also notification re another to take place next year.

I have a question about the date for one of the upcoming Sunday @ St Andrew's concerts, and also notification re another to take place next year.

We had a singer, Charlotte McDonald, booked for Sunday 2nd June 2024 but as this is King's Birthday weekend, she has found it impossible to get an accompanist. She has offered to hold the concert the following Sunday, 9th June. However, this is a Sunday when you are using the church for your service from 12pm to 2pm.
Charlotte said she would only need to set up about half an hour before the concert, so that would mean she would need access to the auditorium from 1.30pm (and we'd need access to the lounge from the same time).
This would mean shortening your time by half an hour. Is this feasible for you? If it is not, then please feel free to say so.
Advice re Sunday 30 March 2025
The other date change is for a concert by the Australian pianist I contacted you about before. He can now do his concert on 6th April 2025 instead of 30 March, so there is no longer a need to adjust times with your congregation on 30 March 2025. You were going to meet at 4.30pm that day, to accommodate his concert. But you can revert to your normal time if you wish.
