Hi ladies

I am just getting organised early for All Age Worship in June, specially because we will need Linda for these planning meetings.

I suggest the below meeting dates for us to put the service together in May. We will get 3 weeks of planning and we will be ready with the service a week before as always.  We will start our meeting on the Thursday after the Worship Committee meeting. Let me know your thoughts.

Thursday 16 May 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM	All Age Worship Meeting_1
Thursday 23 May 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM	All Age Worship Meeting_2

Thursday 13 June 1:30 PM	Trial Run

I think your next worship committee meeting is on 21 March, but I thought I'd send this now while I think of it. Here are some suggestions if we want to mark Disability Awareness Sunday (DAS).

• Show the Elevate Founder Story video. It runs for about 10 minutes and tells the story of how Elevate was founded and the importance of including those with disabilities in the church community https://vimeo.com/882312439.  
• The attached booklet from Elevate has several different ideas for a DAS service. 
• There is sign language happy birthday song we could play https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=29HZZYvWIL8
